Who We Are

Blanche Gaynor, president, has 35 years’ experience in business administration developing and coordinating written initiatives. Her background includes content for everything from websites to case statements and case studies, e-learning video scripts to manuscripts, marketing materials to reports and proposals, minimum equipment lists to standard operating procedures to work scopes, and web-based training programs to user manuals. Blanche has collaborated with experts in various industries, such as: aeronautics, coaching, construction, e-commerce, engineering, environmental, graphic design, health insurance, legal, manufacturing, marketing, nutrition, software development, training, and utility.

Prior to launching Writing Enhancement Services, Blanche held management positions at: Community Mutual Insurance Company (now Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield); Utilitech, a consulting engineering firm specializing in industrial heating, ventilation and air conditioning; and Skystone Partners, a fundraising consulting firm.

Blanche is a member of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, BizWomen “Cincinnati Business Courier”, and a past member of eWomenNetwork Cincinnati. She is also a contributing author of the “Encyclopedia of Northern Kentucky.” Her community activities encompass the Career Success Center, Life Learning Center, the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Women’s Initiative, and the Outstanding Women of Northern Kentucky. Blanche is a recipient of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Women’s Initiative Spirit of Achievement award, has been recognized as Volunteer of the Year by Life Learning Center, and serves as a member of Thomas More University’s Distinguished Leadership Alumnae committee. She has a bachelor of business administration degree from Thomas More University in Crestview Hills, Kentucky.
